Wallace Baker, 19, of New York, leaves West 100th Street police station in New York today after being booked on a charge of homicide in connection with last week's fatal stabbing of a woman shopkeeper. In addition to the homicide charge involving the death of Mrs. Magit Sugar, 45, Baker was also booked for felonious assault in the multiple stabbing of Mrs. Sugar's husband, Frank, 50.
