The nude body of three-year-old Lise Jorgensen, above, was found early today buried under the steps of the home where she lived on the northwest side. Capt. Robert Ryan, deputy chief of uniformed police, said Lawrence (Larry) Madeen, 14, admitted he strangled the girl, took off her clothes and buried her body under the steps. The boy lives in a basement apartment and the girl lived in a third-floor attic apartment of the same building.
