Blonde convict

Ruth Brougher, blonde convicted slayer who said she is Teamster boss Robert (Barney) Baker's former sweetheart, testifies today before the Senate Rackets Committee. She joined Baker's ex-wife, Mollie Baker, in linking Baker's name with that of Gov. Averell Harriman of New York. Mrs. Brougher, serving a 15-year sentence for a 1954 slaying of a boy friend, was brought here under guard from a Florida penal institution.
