Blind skier to teach sport

Mrs. Thelma Keitlen of Springfield, Mass., waves as she boards plane for Switzerland with her Seeing Eye dog. Mrs. Keitlen, 35, who was blinded by an eye disease a year and a half ago, plans to improve her skiing ability under the direction of Swiss ski experts and then teach the sport to the blind in the United States.
