Blasting Out Flood Waters--Mud and Water rising nearly 100 feet in the air look like a line of trees as a dynamite blast was set off to form a 500-foot long ditch to drain Missouri river flood waters from the site of the new North Omaha power plant Saturday. Two more ditches were to be formed by blasting to speed drainage of stagnant flood waters back into the Missouri so work on the plant can be resumed.
