Black Dolls--Black dolls that talk-with such remarks as "Cool it baby",-hits the nations toy market next month, the latest product of an all-black toy factory in Wetts. Phil Gilyard, black manager at the toy factory said the black dolls have helped promote racial understanding because they are placed side by side with white dolls in many stores and that when white girls play with black dolls they come to understand "there are different kinds of skin."
