A "Black Blizzard" in the southwest. Guymon, Okla. -- Dense clouds of silt. blown by wind that sometimes reached a velocity of 55 miles an hour. All but blot out this school house during one of the series of dust storms which swept over portions of Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas the latter part of January. They were the first of the year, but agriculture authorities said there would be more unless there were heavy rains or snow to pack the pulverized soil.
