Another Candle on Cake -- Red Schoendienst of the Milwaukee Braves wears a happy smile as he holds a match to light the candles on his birthday cake at his home in St. Louis today. Schoendienst was celebrating his 37th birthday. The cake, decorated with a figure of a baseball player on top, was a gift from his Sister Mary Jeanne, cook at the sanitarium where Schoendienst recovered from tuberculosis last year.
