August Christmas for Polio Victim--Lula Ann Ransom, 5, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Ransom of Iago, Tex., is having Christmas in August. Since polio paralyzed her left arm two weeks ago many presents have arrived at the hospital here. "I need a Christmas tree to put all my presents under," she told her mother, shown at her bedside. The little Christmas tree on the window ledge did the trick.
