Spectators in the audience at the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant last night were pleased with the sight presented by Miss South Africa, Monica Fairall, 20, of Durban, when she walked along the footlights in her evening gown cut so low in the back she was asked not to wear it in the Saturday night finals.
