A 15-year-old high school boy was committed to a state hospital for psychiatric examination 10/20 to determine whether he understands the murder charge against him in the strangling of a girl friend, 15-year-old Ann Rudolphi (shown in a recent photo). The body of the girl, a junior high school student who lived with her widowed mother and grandmother in lindenhurst, Long Island, was found 10/19 in an abandoned cement excavation just 90 yards from where the girl lived.
