Picture from files- picture made December 1957. Miss Anita Gist, 29, was shot and killed by a rejected suitor, Raymond F. Koettker, Jr., a former Washington U. lecturer, who then took his own life. Miss Gist was shot early this morning when Koettker apparently entered her apartment by tearing out a window screen.
