Mrs. Reseda Corrigan (left), 39-year-old red-haired Chicago widow, holds an animated conversation with Prosecutor James A. Brown outside criminal court here today. Mrs. Corrigan told the court in testimony today how Sigmund (Sam) Engel brought love, European fashion into her life at a cost of $8,700. Engel, 73, who is on trial on a charge of operating a confidence game, allegedly bilked Mrs. Corrigan out of the $8,700.
