An Angel Problem: Near-Empty Ball Park--Only 4,000 fans are sitting in on this recent baseball game between the Los Angeles Angels and Washington Senators in the 56,000-seat stadium in Los Angeles’ Chavez Ravine. A big question is whether the Angels can succeed against the more firmly entrenched and better drawing Dodgers of the National league. Co-owner Gene Autry says the Angels will draw between 1,000,000 and 1,200,000 fans this year and are in Los Angeles to stay.
