Betsy Stronger but Moving Slowly--Hurricane Betsy, located tonight 375 miles east-southeast of Jacksonville, Fla., and 450 miles south of Cape Hatteras, is moving towards the north-northwest at about 8 miles an hour. The hurricane threat continues on the North Carolina coast. Betsy has grown stronger in intensity. with maximum winds of 135 m.p.h. near the center.
