Berlin, Germany, Duelling among students, Forbidden by the German Republic back in 1927, is now being permitted by the New German Government. The duelling students wishing to settle their difficulties meet on the duelling ground and the conflict starts after neck. arms, Arm-pits and the lower parts of the body are so protected that only face and head are exposed to the blade. Each of the duelling students has a second who watches the duel.
