At scene of tragedy

Fifteen-year-old Francis Medaille demonstrates how he allegedly pushed 7-year-old Kathleen Hegmann to her death off the roof of a 13-story Bronx housing project today. Kathleen, one of eight children, lived at 1135 University Ave., scene of the tragedy, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hegmann. Medaille lives at the same address with his parents and eight brothers and sisters. Medaille, described as a high I.Q. student, was recently suspended from classes at Cardinal Hayes High School.
