Students at the University of Iowa, Margaret Ann Jackson, 20, and Robert E. Bednasek, 24, both psychology students, are shown as they appeared at a university dance last spring. Tragedy struck today when Miss Jackson's body was found in Bernasek's room hours after they had attended a fraternity dance. Though the coroner said there was no evidence of a "sex motive," police say that Bednasek admitted slaying the coed "in a moment of emotional rage." The couple is said to have had a private party, with lobster and drinks, in the handsome youth's room. Bednasek was jailed on a preliminary charge of first degree murder.
