Asks Lewis to Help Needy Miners-Roman Rybarski, 55, a veteran coal miner of Canonsburg, Pa., proposed that John L. Lewis and his aides contribute one pay check apiece to relieve distress among needy coal miners now on strike. Lewis had no comment.
