Coast Guard Robert Fisher, 19, Newface, N.Y., and bride, former Edith Petrillo, leave by car for Gotham honeymoon after his arrest following brawl, quelled by eight cops, at reception in Meridian Hall after nuptials. Robert spent night in cell while bride returned to parents' home. He paid $15 fine for being tipsy and assaulting Officer Norman Barcelou, 27. Four other male guests were released at station house after drunkenness arrests. Relatives and friends of the couple blamed gate crashers.
