Baronet's sister who now is his brother -- and heir

Dr. Laurence Michael Dillon, medical officer on the British liner City of Bath, poses in his cabin while the ship was docked in Philadelphia today after Sir Robert Dillon confirmed in Lismullen, Ireland, that his former sister took place 12 or 15 years ago and was registered in England. Dr. Dillon, 43, who formally registered the change in sex, thus becomes heir to Sir Robert's title since he is childless and the baronetcy can not descend to a woman.
