Arrives Home From NATO Talks-- Former Secretary of State Dean Acheson arrives at Baltimore's Friendship International Airport from Europe, where he had conferred with governmental leaders of countries in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Acheson, secretary of state under former President Harry Truman, had been sent to the Continent by President Kennedy to confer with NATO leaders on the Cuban crisis. He had little to say to reporters, shown interviewing him above, about his emergency mission.
