Sgt. Lyle H. Buswell submits to search as he is being booked at Marin County Jail, in connection with the strangulation slaying of 43-yr-old WAF Fairy E. Decker. According to a joint release from the F.B.I. and the Hamilton Field Air Force base, Sgt. Lyle Buswell confessed to the slaying The WAF's body, nude except for a shirt, had been found on a lawn at the air base. Buswell, who is now confined to the Marin County jail, is to be arraigned Monday on charges of murder before the U.S. Commissioner in San Francisco.
