Arrested in Antiwar Protest- A handicapped college youth is wheeled away by the police after his arrest for blocking buses loaded with draftees at Boston Army Base today. The youth, who declined to give his name, was among group of over 300 students masses at gate in antiwar demonstration organized at Harvard. The youth said he was not a war veteran.
