San Jose -- Sheriff James Geary today announced the arrest of a man he identified as Karl F. Werner, above, 18, in the knife killings of three young girls. The victims were Kathy Bilek, 18, Saratoga High School senior; Debra Furlong, 14, and Kathy Snoozy, 15. Miss Bilek was stabbed to death on Easter Sunday. The others were found Aug. 3, 1969.
