Arrest ordered

District Attorney Samuel Dash today said he ordered the arrest of Mrs. Gertrude Silver, shown here in a several-year-old portrait on charges of being accessory before the fact of abortion in the death of her daughter, Mrs. Doris Jean Oestreicher, 22-year-old food chain heiress. The young woman, who eloped several months ago with a Miami, Fla., motorcycle policeman, died the past Aug. 24 in a North Philadelphia apartment. A medical examiner's inquest reported she dies as a result of an unsuccessful attempted criminal abortion.
