Freed in morals, held in forging--An Everett man and a tall brunette from Manchester, were freed of a morals charge today by Municipal Judge Joseph Riley. The judge ruled that police who said they found Fred Greenfield, 26, of Vine St., Everett, met with Barbara Hiner, 23, of Beacon St., Back Bay, in a Newbury St. apartment, entered the premises illegally. The charges against both were dismissed -- but Greenfield was held for Roxbury court on six warrants, charging him with forging and uttering false prescriptions for narcotics.
