Police officially identified Tangier's "murder sack" victim as Barbara Helen Mueller (shown here in recent file photo), with a young niece), a 19-year-old New York coed who came alone to this north African port seeking adventure. Police also indicated they knew who killed Miss Mueller, whose body was found in a gunny sack 12/13.
