Albert Azzolina, of Astoria, N.Y., is followed by an unidentified policeman as he enters police station here early 1/19. Police held him as suspect in the death of Nancy Trotti, 16. The girl became the tenth hit-and-run victim her in three weeks when hit by a car late 1/18 while crossing the street near her home. Azzolina, 29, police said, had seven unanswered traffic summonses for passing red lights and illegal parking.
