Banker kidnapped

The FBI Saturday reported that Jose Luis Lugo, left, kidnaped Puerto Rican banker Jose Luis Carrion, right, Friday. Lugo, a former Roman Catholic Church administrator, picked up $290,000 in ransom, then forced a plane to fly him and his hostage to Cuba, where he is now in custody, the FBI said.
