Mrs. Kinsey Nigro, 33, bank teller who defied threat on life today to thwart bandit and sound alarm, gets a prompt reward for her heroism from bank manager Frank Sullivan. Envelope contains check for $500. Mrs. Nigro, teller in the Chemical Corn Exchange Bank branch at 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue, stepped to the floor, pushed alarm button and saw robber flee after she was handed note demanding that she place all the money in her cage in box carried by would be bandit.
