Bangor, Maine. - Rose Bowl In The Snow - Roland Hutchins, a University of Maine student, didn't let 37 inches of snow stop him from watching a color-television version of the Rose Bowl game. Roland just perched himself on this snow drift in downtown Bangor, Maine, and enjoyed the game. And admission was free, he didn't even put a penny in the meter.
