Airman married in chains

Airman Third Class Jose Montijo, 24-year-old Phoenix, Ariz., man held in jail on a murder charge in France, clasps hand of his bride, the former Madeleine Thomas, 21; as they are married at Fontainebleau today. During ceremony Montijo was manacled to French police inspector Marcel David, left. The bridegroom has been held for four months following the fatal stabbing of a Frenchman in a street fight last May. Date for his trial has not been set.
