Bales on bales of garments for men, women and children are being packed at the sewing project rooms in the quartermaster warehouses at the Army Base by WPA workers to be shipped to Springfield for flood refugees in that area. These men were busy all day yesterday, while the women of the project sewed busily all day long to meet the demands of the people who have been driven from their homes by floods.
