Balcony scene

While colorful ceremonies were being staged in the White House Rose Garden last evening for the nation's war heroes, a balcony scene was competing for attention. There the President's children, Caroline 5, and John Jr., 2 1/2, were getting into the act climbing on the railing, a bit that promptly was curbed by nurse Maud Shaw standing beside them.
