Back In time For Paddy’s Day--Maybe the leprechauns had a hand in the mysterious movements of this dummy hydrant, but it was tavern owner P.J. Moriarty himself who had to visit the property clerk’s office here today to reclaim it. Here “P.J.” and his dog Suzie rejoice in its return just in time for St. Patrick's Day. The hydrant caused a traffic ticket to be issued and some commotion--not to say publicity--ensued after a policeman discovered that it was a phony. “P.J.” acknowledged ownership and reclaimed the “plug.”
