Affairs of State- Secretary of State Dean Acheson gestures as he relates what appears to be an amusing story to New York's Mayor Vincent Impellitteri (center) and Paul Ginsberg, National Commander of Jewish War Veterans of U.S., at a dinner given by the latter organization here tonight. Acheson was presented with the Jewish War Veterans' gold medal for "distinguished service" and was principal speaker at the affair.
