Awards were presented by the Massachusetts Commission of Employment of the Handicapped today at ceremonies in the Statler Hilton Hotel. Receiving the Distinguished Service Award were, left to right, Christian Herter Jr., for his father Secretary of State Christian A. Herter and Gov. Foster Furcolo. Raytheon President Charles F. Adams Jr. received the Employer Merit Award.
