Helen Evans, who was severly beaten while in a Miami bus station, was awarded $350,000 by a Miami Circuit court. The defendant, Greyhound Bus Co. was charged with negligence in not providing enough security at the terminal. Helen, 22-yrs-old, is shown in photo taken earlier last week after she testified in her trial.
