Antiwar demonstrators 5/21 ransacked the offices of a nearby Silver Spring, Md., draft board, overturned file cabinets, smashed typewriters and poured what they called human blood on selective service records. Police arrested three youths at the scene and charged them with destruction of property. Two of them are shown inside the office, ransacking the files.
