New York -- Mrs. Joan Schlutter (left), 29, former woman welder and a native of Elmira, N.Y., admitted today, police said, that she took six-month-old Barbara Anne Goggin from New York Foundling hospital yesterday "because I have a great love for children." Woman at right is not identified. Assistant district attorney Alfred J. Scotti said Mrs. Schlutter would be charged with "abduction and kidnaping."
