Admits killing girlfriend

Richard C. Moulton, 20-year-old textile worker of Rumney, N.H., is taken to municipal court today by patrolman Marvin Holmes (R) for arraignment on a fugitive charge. Police said he walked into headquarters last night and told officers he killed his girlfriend, Marian Tillson, 16, of Keene, N.H., because she tried to end their romance.
