Acheson Talks of Korea--Secretary of State Dean Acheson tells house of Foreign Affairs Committeemen today that withdrawal of communist forces behind the 38th parallel in Korea could be considered "a successful conclusion of the conflict." He said the U.S. military aim in Korea is "to repel aggression and restore peace and security to the area."
