Handcuffed James Mullooly, 41, of Jersey City, N.J., is assisted from van by detective at police headquarters in New York today. Mullooly is accused of the fatal shooting of oil company executive Taylor S. Gay while he was on a date with Mullooly's sister. She was Gay's office secretary.
