Accused of Misappropriating Fund Assets - Martin Ackerman , president of the Curtis Publishing Co., was accused in a law suit today filed in Philadelphia of misappropriating and fraudulently converting $6 million of pension fund assets. The suit was filed by the Curtis Council of Unions, representing more than 1,700 employes of the publishing company.
