Mrs. Olive Janes, 40 (left in picture on left), against whom a murder-by-abortion charge has been filed by authorities here, leaves Chapel with policewoman after identifying body of Dr. Edward H. Rosenzweig who died, apparently of a heart attack, last night. She has named the doctor as having performed about 60 abortions with her aid. His death occurred as police sought to question him on the death of Mrs. Roberta Danks, 28 year old widow whose body was found last month on an Indiana highway. Police quote Mrs. Janes as saying that Dr. Rosenzweig performed an illegal operation on Mrs. Danks just before her death. Dr. Rosenzweig, right, is pictured in photograph made in 1927.
