Accused in sister's death

Florence Perry, 28 (right), was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of her sister, Mrs. Gilda Stephens, 23, tonight. Homicide Detective John Stack said the shooting followed a dispute over the care of Mrs. Stephens' four-year-old child.
