Abrams Honored--Vietnamese President Nguyen Van Thieu presents the sash of the National Order, First Class, to Gen. Creighton W. Abrams in Saigon, Thursday. The order is the country's highest honor. Gen. Abrams, who has been the U.S. commander in Vietnam, was nominated by President Nixon to be the next Army Chief of Staff.
