Bacco, W.VA.--This was the scene along Buffalo Creek at this tiny Logan, County mining town after a wall of water swept down the hollow after a mine slag dam gave way. Gov. Arch Moore of Q. Va. said 2/26 the death toll was between 80 to 90 or more.
