Abductor and kidnaped girl arrive for questioning

Detroit -- John Thompson, 22 (left) and his 17-year-old girl friend, Ann Piri, (right) arrive at the state police station for questioning after Thompson was arrested while sleeping in a car near Pontiac late today. The ex-convict dragged the girl from her home at gunpoint early this morning. He terrorized the girl's family by firing a shot that narrowly missed Miss Piri's teen-age brother.
